Tally Harp

Tally Harp joined APSRC as a Literacy Specialist in August of 2023. Prior to coming to APSRC, Tally worked for the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education as a District Support Specialist for 3 years. During her time at DESE, Tally worked collaboratively with school districts to provide support for literacy instruction and student achievement. Tally also worked in public education for 23 years as an elementary teacher, elementary GT teacher, assistant principal, GT coordinator, district testing coordinator, and building principal.

Tally graduated from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.  She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Gifted and Talented Education and a Specialist’s Degree in Educational Administration.
