We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your ticket, please review our refund policy below:

50% if you cancel by May 10th, 2025
0% if you can after May 18th, 2025

APSRC Members receive a discount, which will be automatically applied during the registration process or reflected in your purchase order.
Ready to Register?
Registration is handled through Discere, our Learning Management System (LMS). By registering in Discere, you'll be able to select your meal choices, receive important updates, and access conference materials and details. Plus, after the conference, your PD certificate will be automatically added to your account. It’s an easy and convenient way to manage your conference experience from start to finish!

We’re here to make your registration process as easy as possible—whether you're registering just yourself or multiple attendees from your school.
Register through Discere
Simply log in (or create an account if you don’t have one) to get started. You must be logged in to complete your registration. For help with Discere, click here.
Prefer to Pay with a Purchase Order?
At checkout, enter the coupon code ‘purchaseorder’. This will zero out your balance and alert our staff to send an invoice directly to you.
Luncheon Preferences
After payment, click ‘View Session Details’ in Discere to access the Spark Event page. A pop-up will prompt you to select your meal preferences, ensuring we can accommodate you in advance.
Register Multiple Attendees
Click the button below to open our registration request form. Simply fill in the details for all attendees in the designated fields, and we’ll take care of the rest.
At the bottom of the form, please be sure to fill out the lunch preferences for each attendee. This will help us ensure we can accommodate everyone and prevent any follow-up requests later.
Afterward, we’ll send you an invoice. Please note, payment by card is not available when submitting a registration request form.
