Caroline Nail

Dr. Caroline Nail is the Co-Director of Teaching and Learning, bringing 25 years of extensive experience in public education. She also brings her expertise to the Arkansas Leadership Academy, working on School Team Empowerment. Her career spans teaching across K-12 grade levels, serving as an assistant principal, elementary principal, and assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction for K-12.

Dr. Nail has also overseen HR for certified staff and acted as a Title IX coordinator. Recently earning her doctorate from Arkansas Tech University, she has proudly contributed to various district committees and the AACIA board for several years. Outside of work, Dr. Nail loves to travel and continually seeks opportunities to learn new things.
