Jim Fowler

Jim Fowler joined APSRC in September 2020 as the CSP Grant Finance Specialist. Before joining the team, he spent six years with the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage & Tourism as a Fiscal Analyst and Accountant. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles before relocating and making Arkansas his home.
