Jessica Wright

Jessica Wright joined APSRC as a Literacy Specialist in July of 2022. Prior to coming to APSRC, Jessica worked in the LISA Academy Public Charter School System for 11 years. During her time with LISA Academy, Jessica served as an English Teacher, Dean of Academics, and the Principal of LISA Academy West Elementary. She holds a BA in English, a Masters in Arts and Teaching, and an Ed. Specialist in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Principalship.

Throughout her career as an educator, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with many organizations including LearnZillion, Student Achievement Partners, Elevating and Celebrating Teachers and Teaching Conference (ECET2), and she worked alongside APSRC to host the first ECET2 in Arkansas. She has been a part of the Charter Leadership Institute hosted by APSRC for several years, and she has recently completed Phase 1 of the Master Principal Program with the Arkansas Leadership Academy.

Outside of work, Jessica spends her time loving on her two little girls, spending time with her husband, and reading as much as she can.
